British Medical Journal Finds Acupuncture Relieves Low Back Pain And Is Cost-effective

2 BMJ studies found that 10 sessions of Acupuncture over 3 months significantly improves lower back pain and limits use of pain medications. After 12 months patient's reported a maintained but lesser level of pain relief. After 24 months, Acupuncture patients were doing markedly better than non. Craziness. Everyone was flumoxed that it got better over time. Additionally, NHS (Britain's health system) deemed it very cost effective and should be added to their system where applicable.
