Branching Out: Study shows you can train brain away from pain

Say that 3 times fast. A study in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences shows how chronic pain patients, using an fMRI to view real time brain scans of pain centers, can positively effect their pain levels. They compared them to those going through biofeedback without the brain scans and only the group with the visual aide seemed to learn techniques that significantly reduced their pain levels.

Tremors, internal, mild, moderate and heavy.

More on left side. I seek an herbal remedy to straighten out the imbalance. Normal Lab tests and normal physical minimal cowheeling on the left. Age 64. Some fatigue excessive. No History of Stroke, 3-4 years in Asia, with one severe pneumonia while there. Three years ago.

I do Tai Chi and Qi Gong .

Can you suggest any TCM herbs to try?
